Everyday Responsibilities

As Senior Manager, Vendor Master Management, you will oversee vendor onboarding and data governance within the Accounts Payable team. You will be responsible for the thorough setup and ongoing maintenance of vendor records.

You will lead a specialized team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including W-9/1099 processing, TIN matching, and OFAC screening. Policies and best practices will be developed and enforced by you to mitigate risks.

Collaboration with legal, compliance, procurement, and IT teams is essential for optimizing workflows and cross-departmental projects. Monitoring performance KPIs and driving data quality improvements will be part of your routine.

You’ll serve as the subject matter expert on ERP systems, managing upgrades, integrations, and automation projects as needed. This job demands adaptation and innovative thinking to enhance the vendor experience.
